Fixed a regression where reports falsely report database is inconsistent.
Updated npm package. Unfortunately this means that x64 Linux and macOS LedgLive versions are temporarily unavailable as an update of an sqlite3 package, of which LedgLive uses Linux and macOS binary versions of sqlite3, are currently not available: Error: response status 403 Forbidden on https://mapbox-node-binary.s3.amazonaws.com/@vscode/sqlite3/v5.0.7/napi-v3-linux-x64.tar.gz

Adds an additional ‘Waiting…’ message at top when waiting for account data from database that is barely noticeable on localhost.
Fixed a regression where a browser refresh always reverted to the first entity instead of using entity local stored data, requiring an unnecessary additional step after a browser refresh.
