The requirement to set a default account before adding journal entries has been highlighted and expanded
The obscure error when a browser local stored default account did not match an account in the database in use now does not prevent operation. The same message as for above is produced.
If the app is unusable there is an explicit option to delete browser local storage.
A delete ledger regression in v0.1.3 where a proper refresh may not occur, requiring a manual refresh, has been fixed.
The journal by date range text box entry option has been fixed.
